Residual Gas analyzers

The residual gas analyzers SRS have exceptional performance. These RGAS provide detailed gas analysis of vacuum systems. Each RGA system comes complete with a quadrupole sensor, an electronic control unit (ECU) and a real-time Windows software package that is used for data collection and analysis, as well as for sensor control.

Ion Pressure Gauge Controllers

Ion pressure gauge controllers SRS are high–precision instruments that provide pressure measurement and automation of processes previously unavailable in one device. They measure the pressure of Bayard-Alpert ionization pressure gauges, Pirani pressure gauges with convection amplification and capacity pressure gauges, providing continuous pressure measurement.

Binary gas analyzers

Binary gas analyzers SRS quickly, continuously and non-invasively determine the ratio of gases in a binary mixture or checks the purity of an individual gas. They are ideal for a variety of applications, including binary gas mixing, PSA (variable pressure adsorption), helium extraction, ozone purity, alloying impurities and carrier gases, as well as general studies where accurate measurements of gas mixtures are required. Binary gas analyzers operate without lasers, filaments, chemical sensors, optical sources, separation columns, reference gases or reagents and require virtually no maintenance.
